Certified in working with first-time buyers and fast on her way to achieving her broker license, Tammy focuses on curating an elevated real estate experience for every client. Her problem-solving mindset comes from her former work in administration and as a stay-at-home mom and home educator for over 20 years. Blended with her extensive experience as a real estate investor and property manager, Tammy holds wisdom that makes her an invaluable partner for any real estate venture. She is a member of the RAF committee with the Placer County Association of Realtors® and is slated to be the membership director for the Placer County Women’s Council of Realtors® in 2023.
In addition to real estate, Tammy is passionate about history. She is a volunteer at the Roseville Historical Society and an events coordinator and docent at the Carnegie Museum. An animal lover, Tammy and her family enjoy caring for several animals on their small ranch in Antelope. In addition to the family dog, they have four goats, a dozen chickens, and several cats that Tammy is working with a clinic to help to spay and neuter to control the population. In her free time, Tammy enjoys traveling with her family and supporting the local music scene in Sacramento.
